Festival Series Application Information

• A completed online application form is required.

• Registration Fees:

  • Period Festivals: $120

  • Chamber Music Festival: $200 per ensemble

  • Concerto Festival: $240

• Zelle payments do not incur a service fee. PayPal payments include an additional $10 processing fee.

• Application Timeline

  • Early Bird Application: January 1 – February 28, 2027

  • Regular Application: March 1 – April 30, 2027

  • Extended Application: May 1 – May 15, 2027

• To complete registration, participants must complete the online application form and submit payment at the time of application.

• Participants may register for one or multiple Festival categories.

• Participants may also register for the Pacific Stars International Piano Competition Main Competition in addition to one or more Festival categories.

• Repertoire information is not required at the time of application.

• Festival performance schedules will be assigned after the application deadline and published prior to the Festival.

• Participants will receive detailed Festival information by email before the Festival.

• Memorization is strongly encouraged for solo performances and concerto performances. Chamber Music participants may perform with music.

• All jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
