Festival Series
General Rules

The Pacific Stars Festival Series is open to participants of all nationalities.
Application Timeline:
- Early Bird Application: January 1 – February 28, 2027
- Regular Application: March 1 – April 30, 2027
- Extended Application: May 1 – May 15, 2027
Registration Fees:
- Period Festivals: $120
- Chamber Music Festival: $200 per ensemble
- Concerto Festival: $240
Participants may register for one or multiple Festival categories.
Participants may also register for the Pacific Stars International Piano Competition Main Competition in addition to one or more Festival categories.
All Festival Series categories are conducted in one round only.
All application and registration fees are non-refundable.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
All jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Participants grant the competition permission to use submitted photos and videos for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.
The Pacific Stars Festival Series is not responsible for accommodation, transportation, or airfare related to participation or any performance opportunities that may result from participation.
The jury reserves the right to stop any performance that exceeds the assigned time limit.
Contestants' ages will be calculated based on June 1, 2027.
The competition reserves the right to withhold awards in any category if warranted by the artistic standard of the performances.

Participants must bring the required number of printed evaluation forms, fully completed prior to arrival.

Failure to provide completed evaluation forms may result in no written comments from the jury.
The official Evaluation Form may be downloaded here.
Participants must bring one (1) copy of each performance score. Photocopies are permitted.
Participants should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled performance time.
Festival Awards will be announced following the conclusion of each Festival session.
