Sarah Yan Zhang

Sarah Zhang is a Chinese-American pianist, composer, international piano competition juror, and the founder and CEO of Music of Beauty. She holds a master’s degree in Piano Performance from Azusa Pacific University and has lived in the United States for more than ten years.

With extensive teaching experience in both public and private schools, Sarah has made significant contributions to music education, earning recognition from numerous leading international music organizations. She has guided her students to outstanding achievements in competitions and performances at prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall and concert halls across Europe.

Sarah has received several distinguished teaching honors, including the Outstanding Teacher Award from the Protégé International Piano Competition in the United States, as well as Excellence Teacher Awards from the Pacific International Piano Competition, the Royal International Competition, and other organizations.

She is also a teacher member of CM, ABRSM, and other professional music organizations, and is actively involved in organizing music competitions and large-scale performances. In addition, Sarah has performed frequently for Congresswoman Judy Chu, California State Senator Dave Min, Irvine Mayor Farrah Khan, and other distinguished public figures. Her work has been featured in interviews with well-known media outlets such as Phoenix TV, AMTV, US News Center, and Irvine ICTV.
